Canada has a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) wherein a person can be nominated by a province or territory to immigrate to the area and contribute to the economy and society.
Canada has ten provinces and three territories. The Canada Provincial Nominee Program is a joint program by the federal government and provinces and territories. If you wish to immigrate to Canada as a provincial nominee, you can apply to the province where you want to settle and complete its provincial nomination process. Immigrants are selected based on the skills, education and work experience and immigration needs of that province.
